  • On our honor, we declare that all our products and services are of the best and purest quality. We guarantee that you will get the best of what you need and all our products will serve it’s purpose as effectively as possible.
  • We assure you that we do our best to deliver all orders within the stipulated time period. Everything being equal, we will never delay any delivery no matter the distance to be covered or your physical location.

Don’ts

  • You are not suppose to place an order if you are not willing and ready to make the payment for it within 24 hours. Do not place an order for test purposes or just to see how it works.
  • You are not allowed to contact us if you are just joking and playing around or if your mind is not made up yet.
  • You are not allowed to use swear languages or racist remarks while communicating with us.

Payment.

  • All payments are made upfront. The Customer must place their order on the website, through text or wickr and make the payment before we can commence with the process of packaging and delivery.
  •  We accept only discreet and anonymous form of payment. We do not accept any PayPal, Venmo, or process credit card payments. This is done to protect the buyer’s identity and ensure discretion and confidentiality for us both. Bitcoin, other cryptocurrencies, Wire Transfers, and Gift Cards are our preferred payment methods.
  •  Payments are made in full or as agreed or negotiated at the time of purchase. The shipment will not be delivered until the agreed payment is made in full.

 

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are packaged very discreetly in padded envelopes with heat sealed sachets inside, no mention of product names or the website name on the outside of the packages.

We ship to all countries including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and all countries in Europe and Asia. We ship orders from multiple warehouses: China, EU, USA, Kazakhstan. Depending on what you want to order and where to send, as well as to stock availability, we will offer shipping from the optimal warehouse.

Our best shipping method is by air, we use services like, EMS, UPS, United Express, FedEx, DHL and more. The courier services choice is dependent on the delivery location and shipping mode. For wholesale orders that are extra heavy, we can use shipping in a container from the port.

We provide tracking numbers for all orders/packages. You can track your order on riomeds.com using your order number and billing email and you can also track your shipment on the shipping company’s website. You will get the shipment’s tracking number as soon as the package is registered.

  • Shipping and delivery duration is usually 1 to 7 days depending on the shipping mode and your location. Overnight shipment will take 24 hours, not available for all locations.

 

  • The customer is entirely responsible for the shipping fees and other delivery charges in cases where it is necessary. We will not take care this charges no matter the case.

 

Shipping costs:
Shipping will cost your from 20 to 100 USD depending on the destination, shipping speed required and product weight. Occasionally, additional charges might arise given the destination country’s importation laws and regulations. Eventhough this is less likely to happen, it is worth mentioning.

Shipping time:
All shipment will take 1 to 7 days to be delivered internationally, nonetheless, customers must wait for up to 14 days before filing a claim.

 

 

Refund Policy and parcel Replacement.

  • Even though 99% of all our shipments go through successfully. Nonetheless, if the customer has waited for over 14 days and still have not gotten their order delivered, if no proof of delivery is present, we will send a second package.
  • Please wait at least 14 days before contacting us if your shipment has not arrived.
  • Our products are 100% high quality and we do not modify your order in any way without your prior consent. However, if the customer feels that the product quality do not meet their expectation or if the package is lost and the customer does not want a shipment replacement, we will issue a refund.

If the customer does not like the product quality and wants to file for the refund,

  • They must not consume over more than 5% of the total product purchased.
  • They must contact us with their complain within 3 days of receiving the order.
  •  They must hold the product intact and ready, we will set up a pickup date and location then one of our agents will pick up the rejected order from the agreed location.

We will not replace a shipment or issue a refund in the following cases.

  • Carelessness of the customers in receiving the package. Most packages are sent with the option of NO SIGNATURE upon arrival, so the customer must be on alert so as to receive the shipment once it is delivered. We will not take responsibility for a missing package due to the customer’s negligence.
  •  The customer did not pay for the shipping and delivery charges. As mentioned above, the customer is solely responsible for this payment in cases where it is needed.
  • The Customer is acting unscrupulously. If the customer has a reputation of always asking for a package replacement then we will not replace their missing shipment no matter the case.
  • Customer misspelled their delivery address. The customer must double-check their delivery address before submitting their order.
  • The customer failed to Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Customer has consumed more than an 5% of the total product purchased.
  • Customer is not acting in good faith.
  • The customer has no waited 14 days for the order to arrive.

 

 

 

 

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
